Our Background:
Change Formation, Inc. was founded in 2001 and incorporated in 2002 as Daniel Snow Consulting, Inc. Our initial focus was to provide outstanding professional services for Magic Service Desk
(Now Service Desk Express). Since that time, we have built our business largely through referrals from satisfied customers.
In early 2005, we changed our name to reflect our passion: helping organizations re-align people, processes and technology to more effectively support their business objectives. That is what it means to “Change Formation”.
On April 1, 2005, Change Formation became an official BMC Software Solution Partner. As an official Solution Partner, we can now offer our clients a single source for both licensing and outstanding professional services.
